EmpowerPL+UA 8th Edition
Organized by: BCG
About this opportunity
EmpowerPL+UA 2024/2025 is the 8th edition of an international mentoring program initiated by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and the Federation of Polish Student Associations in the UK. The program connects prominent business leaders and experts with outstanding Polish and Ukrainian university students (studying in Poland or abroad), aiming to support their professional development and guide their career paths. In recent years, the program evolved into EmpowerPL+UA to include Ukrainian students, and the 2024/25 edition introduces five thematic mentorship tracks – Classic, Data Science, Technology, Sustainability & Green Energy, and a newly launched Fashion path – allowing mentees to develop both soft skills and specialized knowledge under the guidance of experienced mentors.
