MD Fellowship 2024/25

About this opportunity

MD Fellowship is a free 3-month mentoring program for exceptionally talented and ambitious young people (ages 16–22) in Poland. The program connects determined “doers” with experienced mentors – entrepreneurs, investors, and experts – for one-on-one guidance and support in developing their own projects or startup ideas. Participants join a nationwide community of like-minded innovators, receiving personalized mentorship, feedback, and networking opportunities to help turn their ideas into reality.

Requirements

• Ages 16–22 at time of application (targeting high-school and early university students)
• Residing in Poland, working on a self-initiated project or idea in technology, science, business or creative fields
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, driven, resilient, and committed to making an impact (a "determined doer")
• Ability to commit ~3 months to the program, including regular mentor meetings (approx. 2 hours/month) and weekly progress updates
• Successful completion of the selection process (online written application, a follow-up video submission within 7 days if shortlisted, and an interview with the MD Fellowship team)
